Just another WordPress.com site
Our morning started off nice and early with an interview on KXJZ’s program Insight. Other than forgetting to tell people they could download the CD at iTunes and that for more info about our schedule they could go to musicalrobotlovesyou.com it went off without a hitch. We even managed to pull off a song live in studio. But don’t take our word for it, the segment is available on the KXJZ website.
After that, we headed up to Foresthill to play a show in the park. Fortunately, we had time to stop for one of the best kept secrets in the foothills; the view from the picnic tables of Wharton’s IGA. We didn’t take a picture of it because it wouldn’t do it justice, but check out our contented faces at being wowed by it while eating pizza and grilled cheese from the deli.
Just so you didn’t know, cherries are in season and delicious. It was no small feat to pull ourselves away from the majesty of the view from the Foresthill Divide, but we managed to get to the show on time and play our hearts out. Now we’re off to the American River to take a well earned dip in a swimming hole.
